Here’s a list of resources I’ve found along the way. I’m constantly updating this page as I find more, so be sure to check back every so often!
HerCampus: Some great career, health, fashion, and general life tips geared at college students.
Sand Sun and Messy Buns: A great blog with tips on affordable fashion and makeup.
Already Pretty: A blog full of fashion, beauty, skincare, and feminism. Very body positive 🙂
Busy Budgeter: This is my favourite site on saving money! I refer to Rosemarie a lot, because I’ve learned a lot from her and she makes it so easy. She has great cheap recipes, a great system for managing and automating your home, and awesome tips for basic budgeting. She totally understands how hard it is to live on a budget, so I highly recommend her!
Caroline Vencil: Caroline is a wonderful and inspiring woman! She’s another finance blogger that I love, with lots of tips on saving money and DIY solutions that help you save too.
MyFreezEasy: This has helped me save a TON of money on groceries. It’s a library of freezer-friendly recipes that gets added to each month. Super worth it – I cut my grocery bill in HALF when I first started.
Finally, A Feminism 101 Blog: A great resource to start with, good overview of definitions and basic concepts.
Feministing: A website created by feminist writer Jessica Valenti, for young badass feminists.
Feminist Current: A Canadian website that offers unique ideas about pop culture, politics, current events, and more.
Everyday Feminism: A website with a focus on intersectionality (layers of discrimination). Lots of different resources and courses too.
The Feminist Feline: “A blog created by Corinne Falotico where feminist commentary is combined with adorable cat videos, pictures and memes. Why? Because cats are a feminist’s best friend!” Basically the best.
Belle Brita: A Christian feminist lifestyle blog. Brita writes excellent pieces for beginner feminists as well as those who might know a little more about it, and she’s really welcoming if you have any questions.
